Welcome to the products and services provided by SixPawCat Technology Co., Ltd. ("we", "us"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") form an agreement between you and us regarding your use of SixPawCat products. These Terms cover all of the following:

CyberLife — a cyberpunk-themed subscription manager
PawMemo — a growth journal for multi-pet families
Other SixPawCat products to be released in the future (announced separately when launched)

Please read these Terms carefully before using any of the products covered.

1. Service Description

1.1 SixPawCat Service Overview

We focus on building thoughtful tools for everyday recording. Each product is a standalone app, but they share a unified account system, privacy practices, and these Terms.

1.2 CyberLife — Cyberpunk Subscription Manager

Track every recurring charge, get gentle expiry reminders, and never lose money to forgotten subscriptions. Offered as a free tier (unlimited subscription tracking + local push reminders) and Pro membership (cross-platform sync, multi-channel reminders, custom icons, and more). Current platform: iOS.

1.3 PawMemo — Multi-Pet Family Journal

A growth journal and timeline for multi-pet families. Record together, share with the family, and look back on every little thing. Offered as a free tier with full core features (multi-pet profiles, timeline records, family sharing, health reminders, album organization). Current platforms: iOS (in development) / Android (in development).

1.4 Future Products

We will release additional products over time. When new products launch, we will update these Terms or publish product-specific supplementary terms.

2. Subscription Terms

2.1 CyberLife Pro

CyberLife Pro is offered as in-app purchases via Apple App Store, with three options:

Monthly: auto-renews monthly
Yearly: auto-renews yearly (7-day free trial on first subscription; cancel anytime during trial without charge)
Lifetime: one-time payment, permanent access, no auto-renewal

Actual prices are shown in-app and may vary by App Store region. Auto-renewable subscriptions renew 24 hours before the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior. Renewal is charged to your Apple ID. Manage or cancel anytime in iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; no refunds for unused time except as required by Apple's policy.

2.2 PawMemo

Core features are free forever. When Pro subscriptions launch, we will notify you in-app and update these Terms. Pro will be offered as in-app purchases via Apple App Store / Google Play. Actual prices, trial rules, and renewal rules will be shown in-app and may vary by store region.

2.3 Refund and Cooling-Off Period

For consumers located in the European Union, United Kingdom, or other jurisdictions where statutory cooling-off rights apply, you may have the right to cancel a paid subscription within 14 days of purchase under your local consumer-protection law. We do not directly process refunds — Apple's refund policy at reportaproblem.apple.com and Google Play's refund policy apply. Please contact the relevant store for refund requests.

3. User Conduct Rules

All data you enter or upload to products covered by these Terms belongs to you. While using the service, you agree to follow these rules:

Do not upload content that violates applicable laws of your jurisdiction (including illegal, obscene, or third-party rights-infringing material)
Do not upload content unrelated to product features (e.g., commercial ads, politically sensitive content, personal attacks)
Do not maliciously call APIs, bypass paywalls, attack our servers, or interfere with other users via technical means
Do not exploit promo code bugs, refund loopholes, or other means to fraudulently obtain Pro benefits
Do not impersonate others or misuse other accounts
Do not use the service for commercial reselling or third-party operation services
Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or extract proprietary assets from the products covered by these Terms

We reserve the right to warn, suspend, or permanently ban accounts that violate these rules, and to cooperate with lawful requests from competent authorities.

4. Account & Data Deletion

You may delete your account and all associated cloud data anytime via Settings → Account → Delete Account inside any of our apps. After account deletion, your data is removed from all backups within 30 days. For full data retention and deletion details, see our Privacy Policy Sections 5 and 6.

5. Intellectual Property

All content of the products covered by these Terms (including but not limited to source code, UI design, visual assets, brand identity, mascot illustrations such as PawMemo's LuLu, documentation, and preset data) is owned by SixPawCat Technology Co., Ltd. and protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and international treaty laws. No organization or individual may copy, modify, distribute, redevelop, or use them commercially without prior written authorization.

The photos, videos, and text records you upload remain yours. You grant us the rights necessary to operate the service (cloud storage, sync, family sharing, push notifications).

6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The products covered by these Terms are recording and sharing tools. They do not replace any related professional services (including but not limited to: financial advice, veterinary diagnosis). We strive for data accuracy and reliable sync, but are not liable for:

Data loss or sync delays caused by network outages, device failures, or changes to / unavailability of third-party services (Apple, Google, cloud providers)
Data loss caused by your own device failure, operator error, or password leakage
Disputes between family members about record content (PawMemo family sharing scenarios)
Exchange-rate data in CyberLife is from a third-party API, provided for reference only and does not constitute financial or investment advice; actual billing is determined by each subscription service provider
PawMemo health reminders are subject to system permissions, Do-Not-Disturb mode, and battery saver — do not rely on them as the sole means of pet health management; veterinarian advice is authoritative

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from this service shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the fees you have paid us in the preceding 12 months; or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). Free-tier users are guaranteed a minimum cap floor of US$100. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under your local mandatory consumer-protection law.

7. Updates to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time (for example, due to feature changes, regulatory updates, or compliance requirements). The "Last Updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. For material changes that affect your rights, we will notify you in advance through in-app notice, email, or other reasonable means. Your continued use of products covered by these Terms after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. For consumers located in the European Union, United Kingdom, or other jurisdictions where mandatory consumer-protection laws apply, those local laws shall additionally apply where they would provide greater protection.

Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the products covered by them shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved:

For consumers: disputes may be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction in your place of residence
For non-consumer / business users: disputes shall be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction in Hangzhou, People's Republic of China

9. General Provisions

The following general provisions apply to these Terms:

Severability: if any provision of these Terms is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Force Majeure: we are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war or acts of terrorism, pandemics, government actions, network or infrastructure failures, or third-party service disruptions.
Entire Agreement: these Terms (together with the Privacy Policy) constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous oral or written agreements or understandings.
Assignment: you may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights or obligations hereunder without our prior written consent. We may freely assign these Terms to any affiliate or successor in connection with a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or other corporate transaction.
Non-Waiver: our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision, nor does it affect our right to enforce it in the future. No waiver shall be effective unless in writing and signed by us.
Language: these Terms are written in English. In case of any conflict between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
